The belief in the presence of extraterrestrials (ET's) is held by a majority of people yet as a race we are doing almost nothing based on these beliefs. Only a select few humans are acting. Why is this ?

Are the ET's in control ? ... perhaps

Are a small number of powerful humans controlling the masses ? ... perhaps

Is there a third possibility which is incredibly complex and secret and keeps awareness at bay ? ... perhaps

Whatever the case, it is apparent that global social knowledge of the presence of the ET's is imminent.

Our social structure, our institutions and the very paradigm upon which we base reality is about to change. I welcome it. Will this cause the "coming chaos" which I also feel is imminent ? ... unknown. Will this prevent the "coming chaos" ? ... I hope so. My conviction is based on the experiences of other humans - from a medical doctor who told me he actually worked on alien corpses in the 1950's, to a woman who saw the ET craft written about in the book NIGHT SIEGE, to the mountain of books I have read, videos I have seen and radio interviews I have heard. I am TOTALLY CONVINCED yet I have no direct access to the ET culture and feel as though my basic humanity is being denied.

Truth seeking and the rewards gained are basic to our human society. We are an adventuresome race. Perhaps our genetics were altered in the distant past to make us as we are today. We will learn (soon) about what we once were, what we transformed into and what mysteries still await us. The ET's have been with us for thousands of years ... perhaps longer ... but now is the time for us to understand a reality big enough to encompass more than our "backyard".

- From Paola Harris web site -
Classifying information about an extraterrestrial presence would be a great crime against humanity and our democratic principles. If there is an ET presence, all of humanity should know. A truth of this magnitude does not belong to a small elite.

The existence of unacknowledged, rouge, and highly compartmentalized energy and propulsion research programmes - with no high-level government and financial oversight - would be a great crime against humanity and our democratic principles.
