My first bath was in amniotic fluid but I can
only vaguely recall that aquatic experience. Even though I swam in Lake
Erie from age five thru High School the best swimming of my youth was
at Wampler's Lake in the Irish Hills of lower central Michigan.
Wampler's was a clear spring fed lake about one mile wide and three
miles long.
I have bathed and played in many waters on this planet including
several lakes in Michigan, the Atlantic Ocean in New Jersey and
in Florida, The Gulf of Mexico in Florida, the municipal water of
the city of Paris, France, the Pacific Ocean in California and
in Hawaii but the best water I have found was in the Southern
California Desert. About two miles from the original Seetch was a
Spa. I lived there for four years and feel that the natural hot
mineral waters were therapeutic, relaxing, soothing, restorative,
fun and generally speaking - the BEST waters I have been in.
Presently I am using the municipal waters of the city of
Atwood, Kansas - ( extremely calcified ! ) |
